The Mine Company

You start in front of the main gate of Lord Wellhofer's estate. The gate is closed so you need to find another way inside. Beside you is the building of an abandoned mine company. Walk around the building to find 4 moss arrows among the shrubs.
Now lockpick the door and enter the building. Go left into the kitchen to get some food and to find fine wine bottles on the rack 2 x 50 (100).
Leave the kitchen, walk through the door to the left and climb up the ladder to the attic. There in the chests are a rope arrow and a coin 1 x 5 (105). In the little adjoining room there are some coins lying on the table 1 x 20 (125).
Climb down again and enter the office across from the kitchen. Beneath the banner is a frobbable torch. Frob it and return to the room with the ladder. The banner in this room has moved aside and in the secret niche you find the key for the other door in this room. Open the door and ride the elevator down one floor to the store. In the second room there are some coins sitting on the shelf 2 x 20 (165). Return to the elevator and ride it down another floor.

The Mine

Now you are in the closed mine. Watch out for the big spiders. Walk along the tunnel until you reach a tunnel on the right. Follow this to a metal door, cross the bridge and walk to the end of the tunnel, where you'll find a breath potion then jump into the little lake. Dive through the short tunnel and enter the crypt. Two zombies roam this place, but you can easily 'kill' them by using your sword. Behind one of the columns lies a gem 1 x 100 (265). Climb down by using a rope arrow. On the pedestal in the middle of the room you find the dagger you were searching for. Take it. In the chests are water arrows and rope arrows. Behind one of the columns you find a ring 1 x 100 (365). Climb up the rope arrow again and return to the mine. Retrace your steps back to the first tunnel, turn left then right and follow the tunnel through the brightly light cave. Continue through the tunnel (where the water runs down from the ceiling) up to the little cave with a wooden ramp leading down into some water. In this cave you find a gem 1 x 100 (465). Return to the bright cave and climb into the raised tunnel opening on the right. Walk along it, turn right at the corner and continue until you reach a brick wall. On the beams to your left is a little switch which opens a doorway. Go inside.

Lord Wellhofer's Estate - Ground-Floor

Now you are in the Hammerite's chapel in Lord Wellhofer's house. There's a ring 1 x 100 (565) on the floor behind the last row of pews. A gold candlestick 1 x 50 (615) stands on the altar. Leave the chapel through the big door, but beware of the patrolling guards in the hallway.
Walk into the first room on the right side which is the guards' quarters. The guard here wears a purse 1 x 100 (715) and on the big table in the middle of the room there are gold coinstacks 2 x 25 (765). In the small bedrooms you'll find a gold coinstack 1 x 25 (790), 2 flash bombs and 4 water arrows. On one of the small tables there are some coins 2 x 20 (830). Return to the hallway and enter the wine cellar which is through the next door on the left. Here you find 4 fine wine bottles 4 x 50 (1030), 3 of them on the table and one behind a small barrel on the floor across from the table. On the table you'll find goblets 2 x 25 (1080) and a gold plate 1 x 50 (1130). Now cross to the machine room on the other side of the hallway. In the far right corner there are some coins lying on the floor 3 x 20 (1190).

Guard-Room and Prison

Continue up the hallway, open the door on the left then go upstairs and steal the Prison key from the guard. Go back downstairs, enter the passageway opposite and go downstairs to the jail. Continue straight ahead to the end of this hallway and turn right into enter a small torture chamber. Frob the handcuffs to open the banner on the other end of the corridor. Enter the secret room behind the banner and you now know what happened to your 'colleagues'. You've found all their bodies. Among the bodies there's a purse 1 x 100 (1290). Leave the jail and climb the stairs. Enter the room on the left in the hallway at the top - but be careful - 2 guards are training in here. In the chest across from the door is the armory key. In the other two chests you'll find a flash mine and a gas mine. Now go the the door across from the training room. This is the armory. Here there are swords 2 x 12 (1314), 3 moss arrows, 2 fire arrows, 2 water arrows and a gas arrow. The chest contains a flash bomb.

First Floor

Now go up the stairs to the first floor, but be quiet because there's a guard at the top. One of the guards patrolling this area wears a purse 1 x 100 (1414). One of the servant girls wears the key to the nursery. Enter the first room on the right side, the bathroom. Here you find a vase 1 x 50 (1464) and a silver mirror 1 x 12 (1476). Leave the bathroom, turn left and go through the second door on the left into the bar. There are gold candlesticks 3 x 50 (1626) sitting on the little tables and a plate lying on the bar counter 1 x 10 (1636). Under the counter are fine wine bottles 4 x 50 (1836). On the shelves you'll find a plate 1 x 10 (1846), a vase 1 x 100 (1946), goblets 3 x 15 (1991), a gold goblet 1 x 25 (2016) and fine wine bottles 2 x 50 (2116).
Leave the bar through the same door you came in by and cross the hallway to the kitchen. There a 2 vases 2 x 20 (2156) and 2 plates 2 x 10 (2176) sitting on the shelf. Leave the kitchen through the other door and walk to the office across the hall. On the desks you'll find coins 1 x 20 (2196) as well as silver scissors 1 x 12 (2208), a copper coinstack 1 x 5 (2213), a gold coinstack 1 x 25 (2238) and spectacles 1 x 50 (2283). Back out in the hallway, turn left, then right into the broom closet. Behind the broken table in the corner there's a gold candlestick 1 x 50 (2338). On the shelvess are 2 bottles of holy water, 2 healing fruits, 5 water srrows and 3 moss arrows. Under the shelves you'll find a hidden switch which opens a secret door. In the little hidden room there are artifacts 3 x 20 (2398) sitting on the floor to the right and a gold coinstack 1 x 25 (2423) inside the chest, to the left.Leave the broom closet and walk next door. A servant girl sleeps in this room. In the chest you find a statue 1 x 15 (2438). Now cross the hall to the servants' dorm. On the table you will find copper coinstacks 2 x 5 (2448) and in the chest, there's a coin 1 x 5 (2453) and a flash bomb.
Leave the dorm and walk down the corridor (pass by the double wooden doors) up to the dining hall. Now you have to act with caution. First put out the torch in front of the door. Cower and open the door. On the left side is a light switch. Turn it off as fast as you can. In the dining hall are two guards, Lord and Lady Wellhofer and a guest. Lord Wellhofer wears the key to his study. On the tea wagon stands a gold teapot 1 x 5 (2458) and a gold plate 1 x 50 (2508). A vase rests on the middle windowsill 1 x 50 (2558). On the table are gold candlesticks 2 x 50 (2658), fine wine bottles 2 x 50 (2758), goblets 8 x 15 (2878) and gold plates 16 x 50 (3678). On the the fireplace a plate 1 x 10 (3688) and vases 2 x 50 (3788) wait for you.
After helping yourself to all the nice things, leave the dining hall and turn left. Walk down the corridor and go through the door on the left side into the training classroom. Walk up the stairs to the podium. In a corner on the floor you'll find the required scroll that contains the information as to why Lord Wellhofer is making life miserable for you. By the window you'll find a fine wine bottle 1 x 50 (3838). A pair of silver scissors lies on one of the big tables 1 x 12 (3850).

Second Floor

Walk back to the wooden double doors and go up to the second floor. The guard patrolling the stairway wears a purse 1 x 100 (3950). Upstairs take care of the guards. One of them is wearing a purse 1 x 100 (4050). Walk into the room across from the stairway doors. There are two nobles standing in here. The man is wearing a purse 1 x 100 (4150). Look for two wine bottles 2 x 50 (4250), a gold plate 1 x 50 (4300), gold goblets 2 x 25 (4350) and a vase 1 x 50 (4400) in this room. In the chest you find a gem 1 x 100 (4600).
Leave the room, turn left and lockpick the first door on the right side. Oh how beautiful! You are in the conservatory. There are several moss arrows and a gold nugget 1 x 100 (4700) among the plants.
Go out and turn right. At the end of the corridor you can snatch a pretty vase 1 x 100 (4800). Enter the gambling room where on the bar counter and in the shelves you'll find fine wine bottles 4 x 50 (5000), plates 3 x 10 (5030), gold goblets 3 x 25 (5105) and goblets 3 x 15 (5150). On the fireplace are vases 2 x 50 (5250) and on the table beneath is a gold vase 1 x 100 (5350). There is also a gold teapot 1 x 5 (5355) and a gold plate 1 x 50 (5405) on the tea wagon. On the gaming tables you'll see a blue vase 1 x 50 (5455), a gold coinstack 1 x 25 (5480) and coins 3 x 20 (5540) just waiting for you to pick up. Leave the gambling room and walk back down the hallway, past the room with the piano and enter the next room on the right, which is Lord Wellhofer's study. The switch on his desk opens a secret panel in the adjoining room. Behind it you'll find artifacts 2 x 150 (5990).Now head to the nursery on the other side of the corridor. Be very careful because the toys seem to be in a bad mood. On top of one of the armoires is a healing potion. You can also take gold candlesticks 2 x 50 (6090) from the fireplace mantel. Behind the cradle are some lucky dice lying on the floor 1 x 50 (5140) and on the tea table you'll find a teapot 1 x 25 (6165), golden goblets 2 x 25 (6215) and a golden plate 1 x 50 (6265). There's a ring on the floor 1 x 100 (6365) behind the big plant.Leave the nursery, turn left and enter the first room on the left side (with one guard by the door). A goblet is sitting under the small table to the left 1 x 15 (6380) and there's a gold candlestick on the fireplace mantel 1 x 50 (6430). On the table you'll see a fine wine bottle 1 x 50 (6480), a gold plate 1 x 50 (6530) and a goblet 1 x 15 (6545).
Leave the room, go left and enter the bedroom of Lord Wellhofer. Grab the key to the library that is sitting on the ledge behind the bed. You'll need it soon. There's a purse lying under the bedside table 1 x 100 (6645). You'll also find gold candlesticks 2 x 50 (6745) and a mask 1 x 50 (6795) in this room.
Now head left to the bathroom. In the chest is a pretty tiara 1 x 125 (6920) and a gold candlestick stands on the edge of the tub 1 x 50 (6970) with another tiara beside it 1 x 125 (7095). Step out the bathroom and turn left into another bedroom. On the fireplace mantel are gold candlesticks 2 x 50 (7195). There's a necklace lying on the bedside table 1 x 200 (7395) and a gold goblet 1 x 25 (7420) on the table between the chairs.

The Library

Head back past Lord Wellhofer's study and take the next corridor on the left. Enter the double doors on the left and you will be standing in the first room of the library. A purse is hidden in the bookshelf at the left end of the room 1 x 100 (7520). A ring lies behind the potted plant sitting on a nearby table 1 x 100 (7620). Steal the small globe on the windowsill 1 x 100 (7720) and take a gold candlestick 1 x 50 (7770) from one of the round tables. Open the big door to the next room with the Library key. Stay on the stairs and shoot a rope arrow into the wooden beam above the stairs. Climb up, run across the beams to the banner and open it. Wow!You've found the Serpentile Torc. Take it and climb back down. There's still a lot to steal. For example on the table you'll find a gold goblet 1 x 25 (7795) and there's a locket under the sofa 1 x 100 (7895). Climb up the ladder behind the sofa and between the books you'll find a bracelet 1 x 200 (8095) and a ring 1 x 100 (8195).
Go to the opposite bookshelf (the narrow one to the right of the stairs) and jump to reach a purse among the books 1 x 100 (8295).Turn around and climb up the ladder nearby. One of the books opens the door to a hidden room under the stairs. Enter it and you'll find fine wine bottles 3 x 50 (8445), gold goblets 3 x 25 (8520), goblets 3 x 15 (8565) and spectacles 1 x 50 (8615). Shoot a rope arrow into the ceiling and climb up to the shelf. Wow, what's this? A scroll with the information you need about the Night Falcon. There are also 2 gold nuggets 2 x 100 (8815) and a silver nugget 1 x 50 (8865).

Way Back

Yeah! You've done it! So shoulder all your loot, leave the library, walk down the stairs to the first floor and keep straight on through the metal doors until you are outside. Don't forget to pick up the fine wine bottle 1 x 50 (8915) lying by the hedge to the left, near a spotlight. Walk to the main gate.
